Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Cooperate with our team during service delivery
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

Limitation of Liability

QroneX's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice:

• 30 days written notice required
• Immediate termination for material breach
• Termination does not affect accrued obligations

Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law and any disputes will be resolved in German courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
